(Note: This M5 was re-acquired from its original owner by BMW due to alleged downtime associated with a check engine light that was repaired under factory warranty. BMW replaced the DME and placed the car back in service. This corrected the non-conformity and we have the necessary paperwork from BMW North America to confirm the car meets all quality standards. The state of CA requires a CA title be branded with a buyback notation. This process does not affect the factory warranty in any way and the car currently has a clear Arizona title and the full balance of BMW factory warranty and maintenance programs apply.
